Meet Declan O’Donoghue, an Irish based coach with a deep love of mindset and human potential. Born to help people better themselves, Declan has built a coaching brand grounded in genuine understanding, empathy, and a ferocious no-nonsense approach to getting results. He works closely with clients and their companies to create clarity, discipline, and progress. Beyond work, he gives heavily to his community, serving on boards and committees, and coaches four children’s soccer teams. He also enjoys gardening, cooking, music, and acting.
Over ten years, I apprenticed myself to my coach and mentors, learning what truly drives change. I realised I can’t be everything to everyone. My calling is to serve top performers who value a rare balance of deep empathy and uncompromising truth. What drives me most is my clients’ children. I see their fathers through their eyes, and I work to help those men become happier, stronger, and more present—because when a dad rises, an entire family rises with him.
Declan was trained by the legendary Bob Proctor (pictured), a 60 year veteran of personal growth.Â
